Terms of Service

  The Content Caddie, LLC • Effective Date: 09/22/2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern services provided by The Content Caddie, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

We provide social media content creation, scheduling, and related marketing services. Specific deliverables (e.g., number of posts, stories, templates, platforms) are defined by your selected package and your signed service agreement or invoice. Community management, reputation management, or paid advertising management are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing.

• We will provide a monthly content calendar for approval within 7 business days after receiving required brand information, assets, and direction.
• Typical turnaround for individual content pieces is 2–5 business days after approval.
• Delays in providing requested assets, approvals, or feedback may delay posting; we are not responsible for such delays.

Services are provided on a month‑to‑month basis and automatically renew each month unless canceled under Section 8.

• Payment is due in full upfront for each month of service.
• The invoice due date is 14 days from your contract start date.
• If payment is not received within 5 days after the due date, a 5% late fee may apply and services may be paused or terminated until payment is received.

• Each content piece includes 2 rounds of revisions.
• Additional revisions are billed at $15 per revision.
• Work outside your package (extra posts, added platforms, urgent turnarounds) may be billed separately at our standard rates.

• Provide accurate and timely brand assets, information, and approvals.
• Notify us of promotions, events, or updates to be featured.
• Ensure that any materials you provide are owned by you or properly licensed.

• You retain ownership of all brand assets you provide.
• We retain ownership of created content until full payment is received; upon payment, ownership transfers to you.
• We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

• You may cancel at any time with 7 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.
• If services are partially completed at cancellation, no full refund will be issued; a pro‑rated amount may be retained for work performed.

We maintain the confidentiality of non‑public information you provide, except as required by law or as necessary to perform services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Content Caddie, LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) content you provide or request to be posted; (b) copyright or trademark issues related to your materials; (c) misuse or unauthorized use of delivered content.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the month in which the claim arose.

We may update these Terms periodically. The most recent version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
